All of the courses will have weekly one hour Zoom sessions to support them which you are expected to attend or watch the recordings. These are included in the price.

OM 1 Clinical Reasoning in Spinal Diagnosis in Manual Therapy

Online Course with videos, manuals and videoconferencing.

Free for all licensed therapists, those awaiting licensing and physiotherapy students.

Jan 23-May 30 2022

The course will cover the clinical reasoning methods of diagnostics in the PT clinic along with details of the subjective and objective examinations taken through a new process, Script Focused Hypothetic Inference (SFHI), of reasoning with the ultimate aim of the therapists developing pattern recognition from it. The course use online webinars, videos and readings to cover the cervical, thoracic, lumbar spines and sacroiliac joint. 20 weekly sessions will be based around videos and topics pertinent to the course title and will encourage discussions. An optional examination will be available to those who want an objective measure of what they learned on this course. While the college will not endorse any courses, I can see no reason why this course should not be used for re-licensing purposes as ongoing competence.
